Make
sure you bring the following:
- A pair of
walking boots with good grip
- Waterproof jacket, fleece and over
trousers
- A backpack
- Packed
lunch and morning and afternoon snacks
- A bottle of
water and/or a hot drink
In addition,
you might want to bring a small first aid kit and a sit mat
or plastic bag
We recommend that you
bring clothing appropriate for the season:
- In winter
this should include: Extra layers - such as a scarf, hat and gloves
- In summer
this should include: a sun hat and sun cream
